Nice! I thought of doing that for my DRLs. Yellow tinted bulbs are shit compared to actual 2500K HID's

Mine aren't HID. I'm very happy with the results though. I Cannot say much about 2500K hid's as I have never seen any, but 3000K's look pretty crappy usually, look far too white (washed out yellow).
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's too late to stop reading it.

The fog lights look really bright. He was driving behind me and they look great at night.

I have the same in my caliber's fog light. Not DRL's though - single bulb, so would really work.

I have some 10$ no-name bulbs off eBay from two years ago and they're more vivid in color than half of the so-called '3000k' HID kits out there.

I assume that his car doesn't have the bi-xenon headlights then? His inner lights are also his highbeams then?

On my 335i, those inner lights are 'cornering lights' and only come on when I have the turn indicator on (or when the car is in reverse?!)

Lamin-X is a bit 'thicker'. I just bought some normal vinyl last summer and its holding up well.

He has the bi-xenon's to my knowledge, but i'm sure he's gonna chime in soon to clarify.

Interesting. Very different on the 335i then. My high and low, flash and all come from the main outer housing. The inner housing is JUST for cornering. Doesn't flash with the 'flash to pass' or anything else. His highbeam is the inner or outer light?
